This website is operated by The Unnecessary Co., based in Bengaluru, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. The price shown at checkout is the final amount payable — we do not add taxes at the last step. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed on your order is the price that applies.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery details. Cash-on-delivery orders require email confirmation before we dispatch.
Product images
We photograph products ourselves and describe them as accurately as we can. Minor variation in colour and finish is normal for hand-made and hand-glazed items.
Liability
Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
